Foundation has a fixed fee. Build is priced per milestone. Run is a monthly retainer. You pay for each milestone when its written acceptance criteria are met. We never bill hourly.

Who hosts and maintains it?

We host, run, and maintain everything we build. You have nothing to install, host, or keep running.

Do we need anyone technical on our team?

No. We handle the technical work. You provide access to your tools and tell us which numbers matter to your business.

How fast will we see a dashboard?

Foundation delivers your dashboard in four to six weeks. Your tools are connected and your metrics defined so everyone works from the same numbers.

Which tools do you connect?

We connect the tools that hold your numbers through their APIs or database exports. These include the usual sales, finance, marketing, and support tools. The written scope names each one.
